The African Cultural Exchange, is a non-profit organization founded in 1989 to provide cross-cultural links between Americans and Africans. TACEXCHANGE is a 501(c)(3) organization incorporated in the state of New York. The main thrust of the activities centers around providing American expertise and skills for short-term rural development efforts in African villages. These also involve sharing interpersonal relations with the rural communities while working with them in community activities.
